The Killeen Fire Department now provides fire protection to its citizens by means of seven (7) strategically placed fire stations. The placement of these stations is paramount in obtaining the objectives of containing 98% of all fires within the structural fire spread design of the building and containing 90% of all structure fires with on-duty personnel. - More details |

The first fire station was located in the 200 block of North Gray, but in 1927, the station was moved to the 300 block of N. Gray. Shortly afterwards, the station was moved to the rear of City Hall at Gray and Ave. C.
